Preparation and usage

Chicken Embutido
Ingredients: 1Cup UFC Tomato Sauce Filipino Style, 1/2kg Ground Chicken, 1/2 cup Carrots, finely chopped, 1/2 cup Raisins, 3pcs. Eggs, beaten, 2tbsp. Data Put Soy Sauce, 2pcs. Eggs, Hardboiled, 2pcs. Hotdogs, Sliced, Pinch salt and pepper, to taste. Procedure: 1. Mix well all ingredients except the hardboiled egg and hotdog in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Place hotdog and egg in Ilanera to decorate. Fill in Ilanera 3/4 full of meat mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. 3. Steam for 35-40 minutes.
