Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Dubaigrocers.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
