Thick milk: add 2-3 tablespoons of rebuke coconut milk powder into one cup (150ml) of lukewarm water, stir well.Thin milk: add 1 tablespoon of renuka coconut milk powder into one cup (150ml) of lukewarm water, stir well.Add renuka milk powder into the food preparation and stir until done.Yellow rice mixed with garlic & coconut serving: 3-4.Ingredients: 600g rice (cleaned & washed), 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 120g onions (chopped), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 50g garlic (chopped), 6 tablespoons coconut milk, 1 sprig curry leaves, powder dissolved in 1 liter, 1/2 inch piece cinnamon, warm water, 3 cardamoms, 3 tablespoons coconut oil or margarine, 2 cloves, 20 pepper corns.Method: heat oil/margarine. Add the coconut milk and salt and cook until the rice becomes fluffy and grainy (the rice may also be garnished by sprinkling 50-75g of fried cashew nuts.Spicy chicken servings: 3-4ingredients: 500g boneless chicken (cut into small cubes), 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 75g onions (chopped), 4 tablespoons coconut milk powder, 10g garlic (chopped), 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/2 ginger (chopped), 1/2 teaspoon mustard cream(if required), 2 teaspoons raw curry powder, 3 teaspoons chilli powder, 200ml water, salt & lime juice to taste.Method: mix all ingredients ( except water & coconut oil) well with chicken cubes. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Heat coconut oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the chicken cube mixture. Keep tossing until the onions become slightly fried. Add water, bring to boil and simmer until the gravy becomes thick. Take away from the fire and add lime juice and salt to taste.
