Ingredients
4 Cups Arugula, 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved, 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts, 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese and Chili Lime Salad Dressing
Cooking Guidelines
Toast the pine nuts on a pan over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly browned. In a large bowl, mix together arugula, cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. Add dressing and toss salad. Sprinkle over with grated parmesan cheese.
