Cooking Guidelines

2-1/2 cup oreo, 750g cheese, 100g butter, 1 pack of dream whip, 1/2 cup caster sugar, 2-3 teaspoons peppermint essence, 1 tablespoon gelatin (dissolved). Method: mix the oreo with 100g melted butter and press evenly into base of 23cm spring form tin. Chill while preparing the filling. 2. Beat cheese, dream whip and caster sugar until thick and smooth. Add peppermint essence. 3. Beat the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and pour evenly over prepared.
