Ingredients
180ml Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water, Antioxidant: Citric Acid), 70g Red Curry Paste [ Lemongrass, Soybean Oil, Red Chili 16%, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Sugar, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Coriander Roots, Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander Seeds, White Pepper, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid], 10ml Fish Sauce [anchovy Extract (Anchovies, Water) 70%, Salt, Sugar], 1g Coconut Sugar, 1g Kaffir Lime Leaves and 1g Sweet Basil Leaves.
Cooking Guidelines
Thai Red Curry (Serves 2):
1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a sauce pan until very hot. Add the sachet of red curry paste. Stir-fry until an aroma develops then add 1 tbsp coconut milk. 2. Add 250g beef filet ( sliced). Stir-fry to coat the meat with the paste. 3. Add the rest of coconut milk and 100ml water. 4. Bring to the boil then add 200g diced vegetables (aubergine, baby corn, cherry tomatoes or pumpkin). Stir in the 3 sachets of Thai seasonings (fish sauce, coconut sugar and herbs). Simmer until cooked through. Serve with rice.
