Ingredients
Green Chili 29.2%, Garlic, Lemongrass Stem 12.5%, Shallot, Galangal Roots, Soybean Oil, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Sugar, Kaffir Lime Peel, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Coriander Roots, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric and Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
Cooking Guidelines
1. Heat 1 tbsp. Of oil in a sauce pan. Add 1 sachet of green curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic.
2. Add 250g skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces. Stir-fry to coat the meat with the paste.
3 add 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk and 100ml of water. Bring to the boil.
4 add 200g of cut-up assorted vegetables (eggplant, baby corn, cherry tomatoes). Season with 1 tsp of fish sauce (or salt) and 1 tbsp. Of sugar. Simmer until cooked through. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with rice.
