    HOW TO USE

    Store in a cool and dry place.

    Preparation and usage

    For one 230ml serving, pour approximately 195ml of cold water into a container and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop included in the can) or 53.8g of ensure. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. When mixed as above, ensure provides approximately 1.0kcal/ml. One can containing 400 g yield approximately 8 (230ml) servings.
