- A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
- Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the available
- This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
- The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
- Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
- Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.
- Water : Water the plant slowly so that it seeps in the soil. Pour 500 ml or 2 cups of water twice a week. Mist occasionally with a spray bottle. Water in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are cooler.
- Temprature :Ideal temperature should be 22- 30 degrees Celsius.
- Light : It can grow indoors close to a sunny window or year around in outdoors with warmer climate
- Care : Fertilizing a bonsai is essential to its health because the nutrients in the soil leave very quickly with water. Use an organic liquid or chemical fertilizer diluted to one half strength. As ficus is fast grower, prune back 2-4 leaves after 6-10 leaves have grown.
